blazing trails

Great news!  My dear friend, Rosamond S. King–acclaimed poet, scholar, artist, performer–has a new book.  At My Belly & My Back is now available on Amazon.com–check it out!  Rosa has blazed many trails for me–despite starting at NYU *after* I did, she finished first and went out into the world determined NOT to compromise her artistic ambition–quite literally, she does it all!  I’m very proud, and hope to follow in Rosa’s footsteps once more when my four books hit Amazon this spring…Right now Rosa’s in Toronto, promoting her other book, Our Caribbean.  She has also created two installations to celebrate President Obama’s inauguration…visit her website for more information.
